1. How long does an end-of-lease clean take?
The time required depends on the size and condition of the property. On average, it takes 6-8 hours for a standard clean, but larger homes or properties needing extra attention may take longer. Most cleans have 2 cleaners. In reality - 2 cleaners for 8 hours, means its a total clean taking 16 hours.
2. Do you guarantee bond back cleaning?
Yes! Our detailed cleaning ensures the property meets all requirements set by landlords and agents. While we can't control property damage, we follow real estate checklists to give you the best chance of getting your bond back.
3. What does a pre-sale clean include?
Our pre-sale cleaning includes internal deep cleaning, exterior washing, deck cleaning and staining, and final touch-ups to ensure your home looks perfect for marketing photos and inspections.
4. Can I book a combined cleaning and maintenance service?
Absolutely! We offer bundled services where we handle both cleaning and general maintenance (e.g., minor repairs, deck staining, and exterior cleaning) to prepare your home for sale or new tenants.
5. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be there. Many of our clients leave a key in a lockbox or provide access via the real estate agent. We’ll take care of everything and notify you when the job is complete!
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons. However, we may have last-minute availability, so feel free to contact us anytime!
